The LP 360° is a leadership competency assessment that is utilized by organisations who wish to conduct an assessment of current competencies to establish accurate training, mentoring & coaching needs of the organizations leaders. strategic performance assessment (SPA)
The SPA is a suite of organization assessments that quickly pin point your organizations best opportunities for strategic business improvement, illustrates management and employee alignment, and compares them to thousands of organizations in our global best practice database.
The underlining framework is the Organizational Dynamic Model, which consists of 35 areas of strategic disciplines and features a “Strategic Performance Index” and “Report Card”. These disciplines are defined by three critical areas, Organization Strategy, Organization Design, and Organization Culture.

board performance assessment (BPA)
The BPA Tool is a board governance, best practice assessment. The assessment is completed by board members and indicates how they are performing in critical areas of board governance. Purpose of the BPA report:
- Establish current baseline of board's performance
- Identify critical gaps in key areas of board effectiveness
- Measures degree of alignment among board members
- Measures level of awareness of key board responsibilities
- Provides educational program for board members' continuous education
- Enables boards to quantify their interaction and effectiveness as a board
- Complies with board self-assessment requirements
