This course of study is designed to provide delegates with a comprehensive, yet practical working knowledge of the Labour Relations Act, the Employment Equity Act, the Skills Development Act and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
Status:
Accredited with the Council of Higher Education and registered with SAQA.
Level:
Legal Advisors, Industrial Relations Practitioners, Human Resources and Personnel Managers. Line Managers, Divisional Managers, Branch Managers and those who are in a position to employ, discipline, dismiss or retrench people. Trade union representatives, consultants and attorneys.
Duration:
This high-level Diploma course is a 24 month course. It is designed to provide delegates with a comprehensive, yet practical working knowledge of the employment relations statutes.
This programme can be conducted as an in-company programme which will be highly customised to meet the requirements of each company or as an open programme run at GIMT Learning Centre.
