Objective
The Certificate in Practical Management assists junior and middle management to be inducted into their roles effectively and by doing so, assists in ensuring improved management for the sector. This programme is generally aimed at junior managers, sometimes middle managers.

Accredited with the Council on Higher Education and Registered with SAQA
Duration
Minimum 10 contact sessions (core modules, plus launch and graduation) - these contact days should ideally be spread over a 12 month period, into logical, ordered workshop blocks. This duration includes structured self study, contact tuition as well as the completion of all required assessments. The programme would commence with a Launch, and end with a Presentations Day/Graduation.
This programme can be conducted as in-company programme which will be highly customised to meet the requirements of each company or as an open programme.
