  • This 3 Month Programme is suited for SMME’s who want to:
    • Assess the business’s readiness for growth.
    • Evaluate their business strategy and develop a plan for growth.
    • Align all aspects of their business.
    • Change their role in managing the business.
    • Maximize cash flow for future profitability.

Executive Development Programme on Broad-Based Black Empowerement

The principal objective of this 5 Day programme is to impart the knowledge and skills necessary to manage and lead the effective implementation of the objectives of B-BBEE at the enterprise and industry levels. In particular, the programme provides learners with in-depth knowledge of the fundamental principles informing the effective implementation of the objectives of the B-BBEE policy.

To this end, the programme helps to improve one’s ability to apply the B-BBEE principles and concepts through critical thinking, and to develop one’s skills to lead and manage the implementation of B-BBEE sponsored transformation initiatives in a sustainable manner that encourages
buy-in and support from all the stakeholders.
